This booklet was made in 2025 for a small private training group before the digital series, before the healing charms, before much of what Birch House Rituals has since become.
It covers six of the seven trees at the heart of Lithuanian pirtis practice — their character, their elements, their medicine, how to work with them in the heat. It also includes a practical facilitation sequencing table for those wanting to lead sessions themselves.
It doesn't carry the folkloric depth of the digital sessions. It isn't meant to. It's where the work begins - a quiet, grounded introduction to meeting these trees as collaborators rather than ingredients.
