EVERGREEN SAUNA RITUAL
As winter settles in, the evergreens stand at their strongest. Their resin, their scent, their steady, enduring presence—this is the medicine we turn to at this time of year. In the heat and steam, spruce, pine and Siberian fir reveal a different kind of vitality: one that clears the breath, steadies the heart and lifts the spirit when the days grow dark.
This ritual is open to both men and women.
Led by Silvija Suliokaite, Lithuanian Pirtis practitioner, trained through Perkūnija Sauna School and the Baltic Pirtis - Spa School. My work is rooted in lineage, craft and care. Sauna is where I feel most at home, and it’s my intention to create a space where you can feel that too.
What to expect:
• Gentle arrival ritual with herbs and evergreen aromatics
• Warming salt scrub infused with pine and spruce
• Birch–evergreen whisking to open, restore and renew
• Nourishing pine-honey treatment to soften and enrich the skin
• Seasonal tea prepared especially for the evening
