Citrus Sauna Ritual
January is a time for clearing, not rushing.
After the richness and weight of winter, the body often longs for lightness, circulation and clarity.
The Citrus Sauna Ritual is a warming, refreshing sauna experience that works with fresh citrus in heat. As citrus oils rise through steam, they cut through stagnation, open the breath, stimulate circulation and gently awaken the nervous system. Bright and enlivening, yet held in a steady, grounded rhythm, this session supports the body in shedding heaviness and restoring vitality at the start of the year.
Rooted in Baltic sauna tradition and guided with care, the ritual weaves together heat, rest, plant aromatics and touch to support both physical and mental energy.
What to expect
A gentle arrival into heat with citrus-infused steam
Fresh citrus aromatics used throughout the sauna rounds to lift and clarify
Warming salt scrub to stimulate circulation and soften the skin
Leaf whisking to get the blood and lymph moving
Seasonal herbal tea served throughout the session

The ritual is led by Silvija Šuliokaitė, Lithuanian Professional Steam Bath Master, trained through Perkūnija Sauna School and the Baltic Pirtis–Spa School. Her work is rooted in lineage, craft and attentive care, creating sauna spaces that feel both held and restorative.
